The hotel is conveniently located for our staff travel needs and offers a good value for money stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though they could benefit from a remodel. The service is friendly and accommodating, despite needing some updating. The location is great for easy access to SJC and the city, but the bathroom setup may be inconvenient for some. The dining options are functional but may not meet all expectations.

I had a good stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were huge, reasonably clean, and quiet, making for a comfortable experience. Staff were friendly and courteous, although there were rare instances of indifference. The location was convenient with good access to roads, but the proximity to a busy street and train track was a downside. The dining options met expectations, offering a variety of breakfast items. The facilities were neat and well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were clean, but there was a slight lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite being in a non-smoking room. Additionally, the noise from the road and passing train every 30 minutes made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. On the positive side, the service was friendly and helpful, although they had trouble locating my reservation even with a printed copy. The location was convenient for DoorDash and close to Great America, but the layout of the bedroom made it awkward for different waking schedules. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, but the absence of eggs was a disappointment.
